In recent times Mental Health Awareness has become increasingly important, particularly in the context of the pandemic, war in Ukraine and the spiralling cost of living. But, as far as day to day life is concerned, some within our community are more vulnerable than others particularly if they have a physical handicap – loss of sight, for example which, in itself, is a cause of isolation and mental stress.
