A minute silence held in Dorchester for Ukraine

On Friday 24th February, in common with towns across the country, a group of people gathered at Dorchester War Memorial to observe a one minute silence marking a year since the start of the invasion of Ukraine. The Mayor, Cllr Janet Hewitt, gave a few words prior to the silence and Andy Worth recorded the occasion in sound, which includes an interview with Ukrainian refugee, Oksana Popetta, and the photographs below…
