Burglary at hair salon in Weymouth – witness appeal

Officers investigating a burglary at a hair salon in Weymouth are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.

Dorset Police received a report at 8.07am on Friday 16 February 2024 of a burglary at Head Style in Littlemoor Road.

Entry was forced some time overnight and a quantity of cash was stolen.

Police Constable Andy Dickinson, of Weymouth police, said: “I am carrying out enquiries into this incident and would ask anyone who saw or heard suspicious activity in the area to please get in touch.

“Also, I would ask residents with home CCTV systems, or motorists who were travelling in the vicinity with a dashcam, to please check their footage for anything of relevance.”
