It’s the start of the school summer holidays for many this week and the South Western Ambulance Service (SWAST) are expecting an influx of visitors across Dorset. With more people visiting Dorchester and it’s historic monuments, shopping facilities, Brewery Square, transport links to London and Weymouth… SWAST are xpecting a busy Summer!
With the expectation of an increased population, emergency services can become stretched.
Alternative pathways to obtain the help you need are available and come in many forms.
SWAST say “Please remember to #ChooseWell and help us help those most in need by only calling 999 in an emergency.”
