Dorset Election RESULTS

See also the election results for Dorchester Town Council and other town and parish councils

The results for the Dorset Council elections started to come in from 1PM Friday afternoon (Friday 3 May) with predominantly Conservative lead from the onset. However independents have said they are now a ‘force to be reckoned with’ on the new Dorset Council as they come from wards across Dorset: Portland, Dorchester and Chickerell.
