Charity retro aerobics raises £170 for Comic Relief

Kerry Bartlett has told KeeP 106 that she took part in a charity retro aerobics workout out at the Blast Off PT Mental Health and Exercise gym in Dorchester helping to raise £170 for Red Nose Day.

On their Facebook page the Gym commented “Huge shout out to everyone that came to the Retro Aerobics session for Red Nose Day tonight – you were all amazing! Everyone pulled out all the stops with the fancy dress – we hope you loved the workouts David and Sarah created.”

Kerry says “This gym is a very special place with a dedicated mental health and exercise coach and a huge variety of classes including Life in Balance, a wellness and movement programme for older people.”
