Witness and dashcam appeal following road collision near Dorchester

Officers investigating a road traffic collision near Dorchester are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to get in touch.

At around 10.40am on Monday 18 December 2023 a collision occurred involving a red Ford Focus and a white Renault panel van on Waddock Drove near Hurst Moreton.

The occupants of both vehicles attended hospital for treatment to injuries that were not believed to be serious.

Officers attended and carried out enquiries at the scene.

Police Constable Tom Ringer, of the Roads Policing Team, said: “I am continuing to investigate the circumstances of this incident and am keen to hear from anyone who has not yet spoken to police.

“I am also appealing to anyone who was travelling in the area with a dashcam fitted to their vehicle to please check the footage for anything of relevance to assist my enquiries.”
