Sport Extra – Dorset & Wilts Women’s County Rugby Squad Named

Congratulations go to our local south Dorset women rugby players who have been selected for this season’s Twin Counties RFU Gill Burns County Championship Women’s squad.

Weymouth & Portland have one representative Malindi Berry, Swanage & Wareham four, Alexandre Patten, Ella Forrest, Hermione Quaddy and Lauren Graham with three from Oakmeadians, Carys Gallagher, Gracie Ostey and Alice Polden Hollingsworth.

A Dorset & Wilts spokesperson said, “After our biggest trial turn out yet, we are super excited to announce this year’s squad. With the skill level and determination shown by these players, we know we are going into the Gill Burns Cup strong.”
