Invitation to meet your Dorchester Town Councillors at the informal Annual Meeting

For a chance to meet your local newly elected Dorchester Town Councillors and hear more about the work of the Dorchester Town Council over the previous year, do pop along to their Informal Annual Town Meeting on Thursday 16 May between 11am-1pm at the Corn Exchange, DT1 1HF. Take the opportunity to see how your local democracy is working for you and to tell Councillors what you think should be priorities for the town over the coming year.

Partners from local community organisations will also be attending to showcase some of the brilliant projects they have been carrying out and to give you the chance to find out more about volunteering with them.

“We are pleased to be hosting our second informal Annual Town Meeting and would like to invite all local residents to come along and speak with their local Councillors and meet with some of the great community organisations we support in the town. We will be presenting formal reports at noon about the work the Town Council has been involved with over the last year, so do join us to find out how your local council has been serving you”

This is a free drop in event, and refreshments will be served.
