Become the next Bard Of Dorchester

There is just one week left for hopeful bards to register their interest for the Contest to find The New Bard of Dorchester. The Bard will be appointed to serve Dorchester for a Year and a day. The contest will be run in the undercroft of Brownsword Hall on Sunday 15th of September at 3pm. Peter Roe, the second and current Bard of Dorchester, popped in to the studio to tell us more about the the Jawbone Collective based in Bridport who run a regular Open Mic at The Poet Laureate pub in Poundbury and the competition to find the next Bard…

More information about the Bardic Seat of Caer Dur, also known as the Bard of Dorchester, is here: bardofdorchester.substack.com
