Criminal damage to Dorchester shop window – appeal for information

Dorset Police officers are investigating criminal damage to a shop in Dorchester and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

It was reported that damage was caused to the window of No. 36 Gifts and Lifestyle in South Street at approximately 12.0am on Sunday 15 December 2024.

Police Constable Toby Norman, of Dorset Police, said: “Since the incident we have made a number of enquiries to progress our investigation.

“I am keen to hear from anyone who witnessed what happened, as well as any residents or business owners with doorbell or CCTV cameras who may have captured footage of the incident.

“We know the significant impact criminal damage can have on victims and local officers can be approached while on patrol with any information or concerns.”
