New Hardy Players support Dorchester Community Play

The New Hardy Players are helping Dorchester Community Plays Association (DCPA) raise funds to make their 7th community play ‘Spinning the Moon’ a reality. Local poet and author Sue Worth has devised a relaxing programme of Sonnets, Wine, Song and Dance.

Drink with cake starts the evening off followed by poetry and song then for those who wish to join in, Alastair Simpson and his trusty Hurdy Gurdy will accompany Tudor circle dance led by dance expert Dee Thorne. There will be plenty of time to enjoy a convivial evening chatting with friends in the lovely setting of Ashton Farm Barn near Dorchester.

Sonnets, Wine, Song and Dance at Ashton Farm Barn DT2 9HA. 7:00 for 7:30pm Saturday 28th September,
Tickets: £12.50 from www.eventbrite.co.uk or phone Helenour Chapman 07890 692243.

All funds raised go to the DCPA.

Ticket price includes a glass of Prosecco or soft drink with exquisite cakes made by Joy Parsons. Additional light refreshments and drinks will be available for purchase.
