Dorset Fire and Rescue and South Western Ambulance Service were called by Dorset Police to a road traffic collision at 10.20pm Tuesday 30 March at Maiden Newton.
On arrival there was a single person was trapped in an overturned vehicle on Dorchester Road.
Two crews from Dorchester fire station were mobilised to investigate, and upon their arrival discovered that the sole vehicle involved had left the road.
The crews stabilised the vehicle, removed the windscreen using small tools and assisted the driver from the vehicle.
The casualty was treated by South Western Ambulance Service paramedics.
