Charity Angels UK – Dorchester Fashion Show

The Voyage of Molly with Steve Richardson

11:00 am. A talk on the voyage of the ship ‘Molly’, and Dorset and Britain’s part in the wider Atlantic Slave Trade. ‘Molly’ sailed from Poole in 1758. Its voyage lasted for more than half a year, delivering a number of slaves to a port in America, then returning to Britain with a cargo of valuable commodities.
