Burglary in Weymouth – witness appeal

Police officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward following a burglary at an address in Weymouth.

Between Thursday 8 January and Monday 19 January 2026, entry was gained to an address inside a block of flats in Mount Pleasant Avenue South.

A PlayStation 5, clothes, shoes and perfume have been stolen.

Police Constable Billy Taylor, of Weymouth and Portland police, said: “An investigation is underway and an examination of the scene has been carried out.

“I am appealing to anyone who has seen or heard suspicious activity in the area between the relevant time period to please come forward.”
