Help celebrate new conference facility in Dorchester

The school will be celebrating the completion of its new ‘Hardye Rooms’ dining and conferencing facilities at the Thomas Hardye Ball on Saturday 6th July 2019, 7pm until late. All tickets are available from the school reception with cash or cheque (made payable to The Thomas Hardye School). We expect a lot of interest in this event; tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis and we are unable to take reservations. Tables will seat 8 or 10 in total.

Tickets are priced at £50 per person for this black tie event, which includes a champagne reception with canapés, followed by a two-course meal from Loose Moose Catering. A bar will be available all evening, with live music provided by ‘The Overtures’ and a disco.

A limited number of tickets will be available for access to the event from 9.30pm, when the music starts: these will be priced at £15.

Proceeds will go towards the Thomas Hardye Dining Room Fund, with donations to Macmillan Cancer Support, Guide Dogs for the Blind and two other charities. We are delighted that Garry Batt, partner, senior valuer and auctioneer at Duke’s, will be running our auction of promises. A raffle will also be held on the night.

Please contact Laura Cheney for any further enquiries: lcheney@thomas-hardye.net
