Sammie Mcfarland from The Breathing Space in Dorchester has been joining KeeP 106 every weekday afternoon for a series of gentle exercises designed to keep us moving and physically healthy during lockdown.
Every Friday until May 8th you are invited to join in a live Pilates session at 10.30 am – you will need a Zoom account for this.
Restorative Pilates with Sammie is a gentle stretch and mobility class that is suitable for most people.
If you are joining this session as a KeeP 106 listener please read the following information before participating in the class. Please read this disclaimer carefully before using any exercise videos from The Breathing Space® or Sammie Mcfarland.
Equipment required – A Pilates Mat or Thick Towel, or Folded Blanket.
To enjoy this session you will need to be able to safely get down onto the floor in this class, and back up again at the end of the session. If you do not feel able to do that please do not participate in this session. Sammie can offer an alternative chair pilates if needed. If you have any concerns please contact hello@sammiemcfarland.co.uk .
