POW raise spirits and funds for CIN

Prince of Wales first School raised over £400 today in aid of Children in Need.

Headteacher, Gary Spracklen, told KeeP 106: “It’s been a year like no other and at The Prince of Wales School we have all been moved when talking to charities about the challenges they have faced as they have lost vital income when they have needed it most. ”

They have been taking part in a range of special activities today whilst also continuing their ongoing response to the global pandemic which continues to include the distribution of fresh food and dry goods to those members of our own community who are in need as well as ongoing social and emotional support for our young people and their families.

Gary Spracklen goes on to say: “We continue to stand together at this time”.
