At the Annual Meeting of Dorchester Town Council on Monday 19th May, Councillor Andy Canning was elected Mayor of Dorchester. At the ceremony, Andy told the audience “I moved here in 1998 with my wife, Mel and our child, Alex, who was only 1 at the time.
