Weymouth travelled to Havant & Waterlooville and went down by 2 goals to nil and Dorchester lost 4 1 at Evesham, Joe Parker netting the Magpies only goal.
Bridport’s match away in Devon against Stoke Gabriel & Torbay Police was postponed, but Portland drew 3 goals each against Millbrook at Grove Corner.
On Sunday, Weymouth Football Club’s women’s team beat visitors Sherborne by 3 goals to nil, the Terras’ goals coming from Amber Warwick, Jemima March and Katie Judge while Bridport’s women drew a goal each away against Paulton, Laura Tatershall scoring the Bees’ goal.
Dorchester Women’s team fought out a 7 goal thriller at the Avenue Stadium beating Poole by 4 goals to 3. Lucy Polley netting twice for the Magpies with a goal each from Naomi Johnson and Lucy Purbrick.

Gloucestershire under 18’s 45 pts vs Dorset & Wilts Under 18’s 20.
Manager Kevin Dobie said, “A great game today for Dorset & Wilts U18 boys vs Gloucestershire but unfortunately with 9 tries to 4 and the win goes to Gloucestershire, who started very strong but D&W stuck at it and battled hard to put in some good attacking play in phases to get some scores.
We will regroup and come back stronger for the next Southwest trial match back at Hartpury on the Sunday 7th December opponent to be advised”.
