One win, one draw, and a loss is how the Good Friday’s football results turned out for three of our senior Non-League Football clubs.
Weymouth beat Bracknell away to ease their Southern Premier League relegation concerns, the Terras’ goals from Calvin Brooks and Tom Bearwish, with their hosts scoring one in reply, but not so for Dorchester, who went down at the Avenue Stadium by three goals to two, beaten by visitors Berkhamsted.
The Magpies’ scores courtesy of Ollie Haste and Balraj Landa.
Dorchester will now be desperate to get a result at the Bob Lucas Stadium on Monday afternoon, where they lock horns with Weymouth.
Bridport travelled to Ilminster on Friday and returned to St. Mary’s with a South West Peninsular League East point following a three-three draw.
Will Gape, Sam Fisher, and Solomon Ayunga netted the Bees’ goals.
