Appeal for information following burglary in Owermoigne

Officers investigating a burglary at a home in Owermoigne are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.

A property in Wareham Road was broken into between 12.30pm and 1.10pm on Tuesday 2 March 2021 and a number of items were stolen including medals, collectable coins and jewellery.

Police Constable James Curtis-Burchett, of Dorset Police, said: “We are carrying out enquiries into this burglary and I would appeal for anyone with information that might assist our investigation to please contact us.

“I am keen to hear from anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area on Tuesday 2 March 2021 and would ask any motorists who were in the vicinity and have dashcam fitted to please check their footage for anything relevant.”
