Reports of anti-social behaviour at pool car park

Neighbourhood Policing Officers were called to Weymouth Swimming Pool Car Park on Knightsdale Road after reports of a large group of youths causing anti-social behaviour. The area was searched with no trace.

Officers attended later in the evening and located vehicles parked in the car park. When officers asked for a reason as to why they were out, they told officers that they were ‘just chilling’.

Officers would like to advise parents and the public that “we are still currently in a national lockdown and lockdown restrictions still apply. ‘Just chilling’ is not a reasonable excuse to leave your home.”

Stay Home. Protect The NHS. Save Lives.
