UPDATED 13/05: Listen to daily exercises with Sammie Mcfarland

The Breathing Space

The Breathing Space

Sammie Mcfarland, a wellness coach who runs The Breathing Space in Brewery Square Dorchester, has been joining us on air every weekday afternoon with a series of exercises to keep us fit and healthy in these times of lockdown. You can hear the latest exercise below, updated daily.

Also Sammie is hosting a live online Restorative Pilates video session via Zoom every Friday at 10.30 – it’s free for KeeP 106 listeners to join in. Sammie is asking you to donate to Weldmar Hospicecare since their shops are currently closed and fundraising events have been cancelled. You can donate by visiting this page on Weldmar’s website – you will find a donation form near the bottom of the page.

Please click here for more details about how to join the LIVE pilates session.

In the meantime listen to and enjoy exercise no. 26 below…
