Dorchester residents raise funds for Children’s Society

During December 2020 the residents of Queens Avenue and Treves Road in Dorchester decorated their front windows to form an Advent Calendar which could be seen from the road. Dorchester Middle School also joined in with a display.

On the date of each individual window something extra was added or revealed and people were invited to visit, socially distanced, and enjoy the creativity and fun the residents had.

Donations to the Children’s Society were requested and organiser Rowan Seymour has told KeeP 106 that the sum of £169.74 has been raised.
