A proposal for a new cycle route through Dorchester

Giles Watts is the secretary of the Dorchester Transport Action Group who is often welcomed to the KeeP 106 studios. On this occasion Giles recounted a recent activity which involved the clearing of a footpath between Sawmills Lane and Tesco’s to make it safer for pedestrians and cyclists alike – see this article, Guerrilla Gardening, Dorchester Style!  But one of the reasons for Giles’ visit to the studio this time was to promote the idea of a dedicated cycle track from the Junction to the Great Field in Poundbury…
