The Blood Moon seen from Hardy’s Monument

Stargazers from around the world were treated to a Blood Moon on Saturday night, caused by a lunar eclipse when the Earth’s shadow is cast across the Moon, a phenomenon which was visible in several countries.

But, closer to home, the splendid photo below was captured by KeeP 106’s reporter, Idris Martin, at Hardy’s Monument near Dorchester.
