Andy Baker’s tribute to the legendary bass player Herbie Flowers

The legendary bass player Herbie Flowers sadly passed away on 5th September 2024 aged 86. Herbie played either bass guitar, double bass or tuba on hundreds of hit records, and was a composer too. KeeP 106 presenter Andy Baker, a friend and fellow bass player, knew him well having worked with Herbie many times over the years. Here, in his show Whatever Next, Andy presents an affectionate tribute to Herbie and plays several well known tunes on which Herbie played.
