On 25th April 2026 Anzac Day was commemorated in Weymouth with a service at the memorial on the seafront.
The service, including a wreath-laying ceremony, recognises the sacrifices made by the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps personnel during the First World War when many passed through hospitals in Dorset.
